Eligibility:- BE, B.Tech., MBA, PGDBM,MSW, MA, B.PHARM.

Pay Scale:- Rs. 20000/- Per Month

Total no. of Posts:- 44 Posts
Age Limit:- The age of the candidate for the post of management trainee should be 30 years as on 1^st June 2015.
Essential Qualification:-

• For Management Trainee (Engineering):- Candidate should have BE / B.Tech. full time course only with minimum 60% aggregate marks in relevant field.
• For Management Trainee (Human Resources):- Candidate should have two year full time course with minimum 60% aggregate marks from university / institute of repute and standing in MHRM, MBA (HR), MSW (PM&IR) and PGDPM.
• For Management Trainee (Marketing):- Candidate should have two year full time course with minimum 60% aggregate marks from university / institute of repute and standing in MBA (marketing / PGDPM (Marketing) / MIB / MPIB.
• For Management Trainee (Pharma):- Candidate should have B Pharmacy full time course only with minimum 60% aggregate marks. Additional qualification of MBA, desirable.

Selection Procedure:- Selection will be on the basis of written Examination and Personal Interview.
Application Fee:- Candidates are required to pay application fee Rs 500/- through online payment gateway. Candidates belonging to SC / ST / PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
