Pay Scale:- Rs 9300 – 34800/- Per Month

Age Limit:- 18 years to 40 years as on 1st January 2015.
Qualification:- Candidates should have passed three year Diploma Examination in Electrical Engineering/ Civil Engineering awarded by Pravidhik Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh OR A Diploma, equivalent thereto, recognized by the state Government OR Three years All India Diploma Examination in Electrical Engineering/ Civil Engineering conducted by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) Govt. of India OR Diploma examination n Electrical Engineering/ Civil Engineering by any of the Universities in India incorporated by an Act of the Central/ State legislature.
Selection Procedure:- Selection Process will be based on computer based Test and Interview. Computer based Test will be held at Allahabad, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Agra, Kanpur, Barelly, Lucknow, Ghaziabad and Meerut cities. On Merit maximum numbers of candidates to be shortlisted for the interview.
Age Relaxation:- The upper age limit is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST communities.
ii) By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.
Desirable:- The selected Candidates has to undergo a training programme for a period decide by UPPCL. On successful completion of training the candidates shall be considered for absorption as per existing rules of UPPCL.
Application Fee:- The Fee for the SC?ST candidates of Uttar Pradesh have to pay Rs 700/- and the other candidates will pay Rs 1000/- by using net banking or by using Visa card/ Master Card/ Debit card or SBI challan. Handicap Category pay Rs 10/- as Processing Fee.
